In Loving Memory

I started working at PB&L in May of 1988 leaving Phoenix, AZ for the first time. And I was lucky to meet and work with Pop (Dallin). The reason I called him Pop because he looked and dressed like my Dad. Pop used to call me Dynamite!! Pop was an amazing person, had an infectious smile and always made you feel welcome. Until we meet again Pop.

I was sorry to hear of Dallin's passing. I had the privilege of working with him at PB&L. Dallin was always kind to me and genuinely interested in what was happening in my practice. He was very intelligent but did not have to prove that to anyone. I was glad to have his example in my life.

What a wonderful and wise man that has given us all so much. He is a friend to cherish forever. As an attorney he excelled, as a man wise, as a friend loyal and as a person good. Thanks to Barbara for sharing your life with Dallin and us. You are one of his best assets...he was fortunate you said yes.

Dallin was a great guy. I enjoyed working with him in the Attorney Generals office in the olden days. He taught me some great natural humor. He and Dick Dewsnup were special characters. I always wanted to be like them. Rest in Peace.

Dear Family, I wanted to say what a great influence Dallin was in my life as I entered into the world of water. I served with Dallin on several State appointed committees, Dallin was always warm and helpful to me as a person from off the farm and not very schooled in matters of water. I will miss him. May God bless you in your time of sorrow. Gawain Snow

I am so sorry to hear of Dallin's passing. I have worked in the Division of Water Rights for 19 years and Dallin was one of my favorite people that came into the office. He would always give me a hug and kiss on the head. His bright smile made my day. He will truly be missed by many of us in Water Rights.

Dear Family: I am deeply saddened at the passing of Dallin who was a profound mentor to me in my practice in water law. I worked with him originally in Salt Lake and then when I moved to Southern Utah he continued to make himself available to me whenever I called with a question. His publications in water have been constantly at my side throughout my legal career. He truly was a pillar of Utah's legal community and will be missed. God bless you all.
