In Loving Memory

Dearest Cousins, Jim & I would like to send our thoughts, we will be unable to attend the services due to Jim's health at this time. Marina; I remember all your dance costumes lovingly cleaned, covered & hung in rows oh so neatly. Norman: thanks for taking a two left feet dancing partner like me on, we did have fun. Gerald: your Dad was so very proud of you going into law enforcement, he talked about it all the time. There are so many good memories of Uncle Orvis & his stories, Jim remembers asking him once how he was doing, his reply was that he could not see, hear, breath or pee, but other than that he was doing just Great! That sounds just like him, right? We know he lived a good long life & now he can be with his loved ones. Love, Sherry & Jim

I am Pietro and Rose Furano's daughter. Orvis "Shorty" and Barbara were best friends with my mom and dad. They were together a lot in many activities including church functions and square-dancing. Mom and Dad are passed and are welcoming Orvis with Barbara in an amazing, loving reunion. Orvis was a welcome guest at Rose's 90 birthday celebration just a few years ago. He attended with his loving son. He will be missed!

Gramps, I feel so blessed that you were my Grandfather. The person that I have become today is because of what you taught me. I will miss our talks about life. About how to be the best man I can. Sharing golf, hunting, fishing stories. You were there for everything in my life and didn't miss any of it. I'm so happy Gayle and Gabriel were able to know you. I love and miss you old man. You will always be in my thoughts and in my heart.
