Sorry to hear of Terry passing.
Before I retired 2 years ago Terry and I worked on the same Hunter unit 3 power plant ,we also talked about railroads, Terry and Russ an I would have Lunch together in the plant control room thats when we would talk about the old coal train engines.
Terry should have live a lot longer so he could enjoyed retirement, life is not fair to a lot of people.

I want to let Terry`s mother know ,I will miss him ,I worked with Terry and felt safe as an operator when he was on shift he knew his stuff. I also considered him a good friend ,we connected. Terry liked trains we talked a lot about the UP and the old steamers , we also enjoy Durango Colorado. , I connected to him , he told me he was related to Farnum Young of Ferron ,another great one . He talked a lot of his children , and when he spoke of his mother Reva , I felt his love for her. I am sad he is gone , I am glad to have been able to glean from his knowledge, but I know he will live on through the love and sacrifice of our Savior. To his mom may you find comfort and peace , you are in my prayers. Russ Oakeson Ferron Utah
