Dear Vickie, Matthew and Dylan, in the time we were colleagues at Boston Heart, Bruce established himself as a compassionate and thoughtful father, outdoorsman, sports fan, sales representative and friend. He will be missed, but not forgotten. Godspeed.

Sending my most sincere and heartfelt condolences to the Kalil family during this difficult time. I had the pleasure and privilege of working w Bruce during our time at Bayer Healthcare. His always positive and engaging personality resulted in many conversations about youth sports (as my younger children were just at the onset of the youth sports journey), the northeast, the trek to Salt Lake, hiking and family. What a wonderful person, father, husband and colleague. May he rest in peace and remain with you through your many years and memories together.

To the Kalil family; We were so sorry to hear about Bruce's passing. He was a very good man and fought hard until the end. Still have fond memories of him "tolerating" me hanging around with Jeff when we were younger and his kind words when my parents were ill much later. At least he is no longer in pain and hopefully doing all the things he loved to do. Will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers. Love Joe, Allison, John and James

To Bruce’s Family, it was such a delight to work with Bruce at Bayer Diabetes Care. In our Orientation Training (which was incredibly tough) Bruce was the only person in the class of 20+ to receive a perfect score! We were all so proud of him and he was so incredibly gracious and humble. Bruce was a wonderful person to work with- genuine, sharp and self motivated. His dedication to his family is clear in my memory of our conversations together. To his wife, sons and relatives, May your memories bring you some small comfort in your loss. Most Sincerely, Chris Evans, National Account Manager, Ascensia Diabetes Care ( formerly Bayer Diabetes Care)

I was saddened by the loss of Mr Kalil. He was a great teacher and a positive soul in this world. He was always available to talk to, whether it was subject related or some other topic. My heart goes out to his family, especially to his wife of 30 years. May you find comfort during these trying times. Blessings... Ginger Scully

Coach was an incredible guy and a great influence in my life while a student at Trinity. I remember him asking me if I would be interested in competing for the State Championship in Cross Country Skiing and I told him I never ski'd cross country before.... He told me I'd be perfect and have no problem... If I didn't finish last, I finished close to last but I finished and that was only because of him! He taught me that we are capable of more than we think we are. That was on of many lessons I learned from coach. May your great memories comfort you in this time of loss and know that he's left such a positive impact on his community! Love, Brian Moses

I first met Bruce at Trinity HS. He approached me to ask if I needed an a volunteer coach on my FB staff. That started a great relationship. He was great teacher coach. Trinity was fortunate to have him. He was a positive influence to his students and FB players that he coached. Nancy and I send our deepest sympathies to you Vicky and the boys
