My dear Uncle Dave. You had the patience and the love, enough to teach me how to water ski at Starvation Reservoir in the Ol' Green Boat. I'll always be greatfull for the many opportunities you & Gwen gave our family to enjoy those summers on quite a few lakes, in that Ol' Green Boat. Thanks for the beautiful memories , the kindness and the love . I love you dear Uncle. And I'm happy to know that you are Home again with so many family members to welcome you. Dear Jeff, Mindy and the rest of the family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of your father/grandfather. Growing up, we (Turner’s) spent our summers camping, boating and fishing with your parents, and then with you, Jeff and DeLynn. Our parents/families spent so much time together. Your dad/grandfather was a wonderful human being. I loved him. He was always so kind to everyone. I realize the latter part of his life was challenging for all of you.
