We were so shocked and saddened to hear about Victor’s passing. We will always remember his sense of humor and how he could always make us laugh – he was always the life of the party. Victor’s last text to me was on March 8th. It was a YouTube video. The videos you always sent me made me laugh. Your last words to me “I’m out G”. You will be greatly missed. May you fly with the rest of the angels including Lou and Cory.

My condolences to your entire family and his beloved friend's. I wasn't close to Victor. We were high school class mates. I am a niece to Elsie Manzanares. Last I saw Victor was at my grandmother's Carolina Vigil's funeral. I looked for him after but was not able to find him. I'm so sorry I never reached out to him after that because he was often in my thoughts. We would call each cuz because of our family relationship through uncle Johnny Manzanares. We discovered that relationship at uncle Johnny's services. May he Rest in Peace and my God be with you all during these difficult times.
