In Loving Memory

Virginia was a friend like no other. Instead of only tears, I focus on many years of memories including her warm smiles, impeccable sewing, delicious cooking , travels, reading, puzzles and above all her love of God and ability to nurture others. I met Virginia delivering unneeded fabric from another friend who was moving. From our first meeting, I found a gracious kind soul I am grateful to have included me in her life. What a wonderful kind woman. Heaven has a special angel.

I haven't seen Virginia in more than 20 years, but remember her as a kind friend who was very caring about other people. May she feel the prayers and love of all she befriended. My condolences to her family.

Dear Family - I went to school with Dennis and fondly remember Virginia as being a very devoted mom who worked very hard for her family. She was also a good friend of my mother, Nancy Leary. Both women died within days of each other and will be missed.

My heart is broken. Virginia was always so kind to my family. My sister Kattie just adored her and passed that love onto my niece. She was a wonderful talented woman, who was just as kind to me after my sister passed. She will be missed!!!!!

Yeah that was such a role model and mentor to women at Cathedral. Her hands-on and crafted items for our craft fairs were always sought after and I’m sure everyone in the parish must on one of her teddy bears. She was such a genuine person and she always expressed gratitude when we saw each other Had hoped to go see her but then Covid isolation hit. Our deepest sympathy to her family made her new life in Christ be glorious. She was joined enroute to heaven with another dear Cathedral Friend Nancy Leary
