James 'Jim' Merrill Davis

In Loving Memory

Dear Wendy and Family,

Regretfully, I only learned of Jimi's passing a couple of days ago.  My sincere and heartfelt condolunces to you and all that knew Jimi.  I met Jim circa 2002 at the Rhino, a local watering hole.  We became friends immediatly.  He was quick to smile, very engaging and had wonderful stories of his life and career.  We would meet somewhat reguarly at the local pub, trade lies and solve world problems.  He was quick of wit, intelligent and fun to be with.  He often talked of you and what a wonderful sister and person you are.  I miss never having to opportunity to meet you and share stories.  I am somewhat rambling now, but know this, Jimi was kind, generous and a good friend.  To Jimi, my friend, rest in peace.   Love you brother.

Wendy and Family, You already know how much I loved and enjoyed Jim! He was truly one of the funniest and kindest and brightest people I’ve known in my life. You two were so close, and I know how much you are missing him already. Know that our whole family thinks of you as a sister ... we will do random acts of kindness in his name ... sending so much love to you
