In Loving Memory

Judy, greatly saddened by Ed's passing. What a joy-filled soul he was. Please know that I always enjoyed so sitting with you and Ed around the kitchen table in discussing your insurance coverage over the years. A true pleasure for me. Something to cherish always and remain forever grateful that our paths crossed. Know that both Jane and I send our love, support, prayers, and warmest regards. Though not physically  present on the 16th of this month, will be with you in spirit, always blessed for having the two of you in my life. A true gift. Peace.

I met Ed when he started working in the University of Utah Research Institute after receiving his Ph.D. (~1979).  He was always so kind and interested in positively influencing my spiritual growth!  He not only explained Jesus, he lived out his beliefs and understandings.  He introduced me to his wife, Judy, who has been (and continues to be) a steadfast friend for over four decades.  Ed was a blessing to many and will be greatly missed.

I am truly blessed to have known Ed for the past 20 years through my friendship with his beloved wife, Judy. He is still an example in my life of devotion, faith and love. He lived his life following the word of God and Jesus and often taught others in Bible study. His intelligence and perseverance helped many to deepen their faith and find spirituality. I will miss his gentle support and faithfulness as one of the most devoted husbands I have ever met.
