My fondest memory of Betty was the night she stayed up passed midnight to make her Swedish pancakes for Laurie & her date plus Laurie's 3 friends & their dates. I can't remember too much of the dance or the young man I took to the dance, but I do remember those delicious Swedish Pancakes served with a variety of fruit syrups! She was the perfect host. Rest in Peace, Betty.
