Brian Thomas Field

In Loving Memory

I met Brian a little more than 8 years ago when I was interviewing for a position at FLSmidth. From the start he was a professional and a good person to talk to and learn from. We travelled together many times in the first year or so securing a project for our office in SLC and it was always fun to sit with Brian at the end of the day and unwind and listen to some of the old war stories. I was saddened to hear of his passing and I will keep him and his family in my prayers. Rest Easy Brian.

I am very saddened by the passing of a good friend. I have known Brian for many years and worked closely with him for the last 6 years. I have always been impressed by his friendly manner and his personal care and concern for others. I have been the beneficiary of his fierce loyalty and have learned much from him as we worked, traveled and talked together. He is a brilliant strategist and nimble negotiator, but in the midst of that work, never lost sight of the impacts to individuals on a personal basis. He is unique and will be greatly missed. Merrill

So shocked and sad to see Brian has died. Use to see him every Christmas the last 1o years or so when he would come to Massachusetts to see his mother Nancy, and spend Christmas Eve with her, his aunt Carol, cousins Tom and Kristin and hear the latest exotic trip. I hope he rests in eternal peace.

Brian and I have worked together at FLSmidth since 1993 .. 25 years. I will always remember the can do attitude and his fierce drive to win business for FLS. His passion for his craft was evident in all that he did. Perhaps more importantly was his care for colleagues. His support of Chuck while he battled cancer was inspiring. Thank you Brian for all you did for our company. My prayers to Brian's family during this difficult time. Bernie

I worked with Brian at FLSmidth from the time he moved to Utah. Brian treated everyone with whom he worked, first as a human being, then as a fellow professional, and perhaps, then as an employee under his supervision giving professional direction and guidance. We had our offices along the same walkway and he always said hello to everyone who passed. I retired a few months ago but have always recalled Brian when I think of my career at FLSmidth and the people with whom I have worked. He is at the top of the list in my career memories and life experiences. My family's prayers are with Brian. Frank
