Costantinos "Costa" Garoufalias

Born Jan. 12, 1940 and passed away on Jan. 24, 2019.

Costa was born in Limnos, Greece.

He is survived by his wife Georgia Makris Garoufalias, his daughter Veronica and his four brothers, Steve, Nick, Jimmy, & George.

Costa led a very full life. He loved family and he loved to travel. He also knew seven languages.

The viewing will be held at Starks Funeral Parlor located at 3651 South 900 East in Salt Lake City on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a Trisagion service beginning at 5:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 28, 2019 at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 279 South 300 West, Salt Lake City, with burial to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
