Peggy Ellen Johnson was the third out of four children born to Everett R. and June M. Johnson on January 31, 1955 in Holladay, Utah. Her siblings were (in order of birth) Daniel Edward Johnson, Kathleen June Johnson and Gary Parr Johnson. In 1973, she graduated from Cottonwood High School and attended some college courses at the University of Utah. Peggy then decided she wanted to become a dialysis technician and moved to Tucson, Arizona and attended Pima Community College. She completed her certificate for dialysis there. She temporarily lived in Arizona and worked as a waitress and a dialysis technician. Upon meeting her soon to be husband, Randy Daniel Bouck she moved to Las Vegas, NV. They married on September 15, 1979 in Murray, Utah at Christ Lutheran Church and spent 17 years together.

They had three children (in order of birth) Theresa Ann Bouck Breinholt, Aaron Daniel Bouck, and Annie Marie Bouck Van Hulzen. When her first daughter was born, she ceased working as a dialysis technician to tend to the needs of her daughter and later three children. Peggy had an immense love for her children and did everything she could for them without a thought. In 1985, she began to struggle with mental health. Despite her newfound struggles, she always fought to remain an active part of her children's lives to ensure that they knew how much she loved them. Peggy had also been a registered member of the Catholic parish, St. Francis De Sales, in Las Vegas, NV. She lived in Las Vegas, NV until 2006.

She moved back to Utah and lived in various parts of Salt Lake City, Utah. She attended St. Vincent Catholic Church in Holladay, UT. Throughout the entirety of her life her love of Jesus and her children was always made known. Her hobbies included hiking, backpacking and later crocheting, painting, and a myriad of arts & crafts.

She lived to the age of 64 and was carried home by Jesus on December 17, 2019. She is survived by her three siblings Daniel E. Johnson, Kathy J. Sanchez, and Gary P. Johnson; her three children, Theresa A. (Russ) Breinholt, Aaron D. Bouck, and Annie M. (Michael) Van Hulzen; and her three grandchildren Ma'Kenzie Skye Bouck, Tessa Elisabeth Breinholt, and Kate Aniston Breinholt. She was preceded in death by her father and mother.

We love you Mom!
