Randy Spagnoletti

November 19, 1946 - September 29, 2020
Randy Spagnoletti

Randy left us on September 29th from complications due to a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Randy was born in Orange, California on November 19, 1946 the son of Renaldo and Edna Spagnoletti.

Often times Randy would comment that if you were lucky enough to live in Park City, you were lucky enough. Well, all of his family and friends feel that if you were lucky enough to have known Randy, then you were lucky enough. Randy was a joyful, funny and warm hearted person. His wry understated wit, humor and personality made life sweeter for all of us who knew him and loved him. Randy was the kind of friend we all want to be and to have. He set an unmatched standard for friendship. Randy was a devoted member of St. Mary’s Church and proud that he played a significant role in the building and creation of the new parish on Highway 224. Randy was a superstar real estate salesman spending many years as a top-producer with Gump & Ayers, Prudential and Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate. Randy was the loving and devoted husband to Dixie, his wife of 49 years. He often commented that when he and Dixie first met, they were each struck by the same “thunderbolt” - and the rest was history! He is remembered lovingly by his son, Dominic, of whom he was always proud, his sister Julie, who loved Randy like a brother (yes, that’s a Randy joke), his niece Karrie & family, and his nephew Brian & family. Randy, what a joy you were to all of us. You will be sorely missed and never forgotten.

There will be a celebration of Randy’s life on Sunday, October 4th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Due to COVID-19, and following county procedures, this will be an invitation only event and masks are required. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Randy’s honor to Peace House.
