Evaristo Arguelles

Evaristo Menardi Arguelles “Tito” born in La Lima, Honduras on October 22, 1941 to Elsa Menardi and Enrique Arguelles.

He was the youngest of four, his sisters Antonina, Jovita, and Marina. He migrated to the United States, San Francisco, CA in 1962 where a few years later he met the love of his life and wife Lillian Navas.  

He is survived by his wife, sister,  Marina Penman and children Cesar Cajal, Norma Herbert, Vivian Ortega and Elsa Pleites, ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

He was a hard working man supporting his family for 35 plus years in the airline industry. This is what brought him to Utah in 1982. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He had a quick wit, loved to tease and prank. Enjoyed meeting people and sparked interesting conversations just about any where he went in his neighborhood. We will forever love and miss you Papi, RIP.
