Jerry James Odom

Jerry James Odom (Jim), 59, passed away peacefully on the morning of December 06, 2021. Although he was sick for many years, he continued to fight against his illnesses. Jim was born in Chicago, Illinois and shortly thereafter moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, where he spent most of his life. He had the soul of an inventor and artist. In 1989 he received a bachelors’ degree from ITT Technical institute.  Jim had an unmatched witty sense of humor and lived life on his own terms. He will be missed!

He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Jerry Odom, and his brother, Thomas Joseph Odom. He is survived by his mother, Nancy White Odom; sister and brother-in law Jancy and Michael Loughridge; niece and nephew-in-law Rebecca and Patrick Torkelsen; and great-niece, Freya Torkelsen.
