Joyce Roseborough Neal
October 16, 1951 - June 9, 2017
Joyce was born to Ernest and Ada Roseborough in 1951. She is survived by her five sisters, her daughter Allison, and her granddaughter Kailleann Renae Wright, whom she loved more than anything. Preceded in death by her two brothers.
