Thelma Lynne Tapp

We are saddened to announce the passing of our Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, Thelma Lynne Robinson Tapp on June 1, 2018 at home of heart failure.

Lynne was born on February 24, 1937 to LeRoy and Thelma Pastore Robinson in Salt Lake City, Utah.  She graduated in 1955 from Olympus High School and went on to marry her high school sweetheart, Garry Tapp on August 25, 1955.  Garry and Lynne were blessed with three daughters, Terri, Lesia and Stephanie.

Lynne was truly an amazing woman.  She never missed a birthday, anniversary, a hug or an "I love you".  Over the years she loved sewing (accomplished seamstress designing and making all of her daughter's wedding dresses).  She was an immaculate housekeeper, her wardrobe and style were impeccable, she loved to go shopping with Steph, making conversations with strangers, golf, skiing, playing 21 and holding great-grand babies.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Garry; daughters Terri Hrechkosy, Lesia Rasmussen (Ron), Stephanie Mash (Vince); grandchildren Scott (MaryClaire), Wendi (Anthony), Macey (Jeff), Mckenzie (Stormy), Garry (Jill); and eight great-grandchildren and twins due in September.  She is also survived by her brother Richard Robinson (Suzanne) and sister, Trudy Lowery (Mike).  She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Robert Robinson, Stephen Robinson and son-in-law Dave Hrechkosy (his mum).

Her passing leaves a void in our hearts especially her husband Garry, who was her best friend.  As we promised you Mom, we will take care of Dad and we know you will be watching over him too.

Hold on to your loved ones and keep family close and value the time you have together.  We love you Mom, Fly high with the angels.  Until we meet again.

As per Lynne's wishes there will be no services.
