Hello Shayneh, 

I hope you are doing well. I know It has been almost a week since my dad’s funeral and I meant to reach out sooner but things have still been a bit hectic and are just starting to settle down. But, I honestly just want to thank you and your entire team on behalf of my family. You guys were honestly so great from start to finish! Losing our dad was literally the worst thing that had ever happened to us and you made the process of planning a beautiful service so seamless and helped alleviate a lot of our stress. I knew you were sent from God and that you guys were the right funeral home to choose after speaking with you. Your warmth and good energy was just so comforting! Thank you so much for everything and being available and flexible!
