Alberta Ann Davison

December 30, 1946 - September 28, 2020

On the morning of September 28, 2020, the world lost a great humanitarian and beam of encouragement. Our courageous and compassionate mother and grandmother graduated unto that greater status.  In his sovereign grace the Most High called our mother into his rest from her labor of love.  She lived life on her own terms, she truly marched to her own drum.

Alberta Ann Sepulveda age 73, was born on December 30, 1946, to Epifanio Vasquez Sepulveda and Ancile Jackson, in San Francisco CA. She obtained many certificates of achievement in the arts of humanities and health care, dedicating much of her life as Therapeutic Recreation Director (TRD) in long term care facilities, a labor of love that gave her great joy and satisfaction. Her humanitarian reach extended far and wide throughout her realm of influence.  She was selfless and generous in the scatting of alms, the seeds of love, to all those around her.  She had a special way of detecting and ministering to the needs of others, as a result she was greatly loved by many and her presence will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her mother, father, her cousin Joseph Sepulveda who was raised as a brother and husband of over 25 years the late Grant Whittaker Jr.  Her great legacy lives on in the lives of her 5 daughters, Tonya Davison (George), Paulene Zinnerman (Anthony), Renee Davison, Cindy Reynolds-Timothy (Brett) and Maria Whittaker (Mansour), 20 beloved grand-gems and 30 great-grand-gems.

“Many daughters have done nobly, But you excel them all.” Proverbs 31:29

Please join us in a Celebration of Her Life on Tuesday October 6, 2020 at Stark’s Funeral Parlor located at 3651 South 900 East, SLC, UT at 1:00 PM. Her final resting place will be at her family burial site in Fort Lupton CO.

My best friend is gone but always will be on my heart! More like a sister and more importantly I loved her as my sister! Mike and I have been shattered and our hearts are broken into tiny fragments! Oh how we love Alberta! She was so compassionate and loved helping others! My parents and children loved her so much! Even my brothers ans sister-in law. My aunt Kay was in disbelief of her passing because she was truly a strong person. I always loved Alberta's honesty and how she carried herself! She was a true lady and very loving mom and friend! Oh how she loved her children, grandchildren and her great grands. She was very proud of her family! How she would give me love and kindness in my bad times and good times! I will miss her so much! We would chat on phone for hours and had such great visits with each other! I remember forever our small trips together, cooking, and eating! Great laughs and always good times. Alberta was always proud of her heritage and taught her family to be proud! She was another mother to my children and their hearts are broken to! We always enjoyed her dearly! Gone crom our sight but never from our hearts! We love you Alberta! I know your in heaven and always be by our side! Our hearts goes out to Tanya, Pauline, Renee, Cindy, and Maria! We love you and stay strong! God has beautiful angel now! Your mom was most beautiful women inside and out. Mike and I was truly blessed to been her friend! 38 years of greatest adventures and most of all greatest love! You all will always be our family! We love all of you!
