Alton “Al” David Frisbee
December 27, 1935 - November 30, 2024
Our cherished Alton “Al” David Frisbee passed away on November 30, 2024. He was born in SLC, Ut on December 27th 1935.
Alton graduated from South High School in 1954. Following graduation, he was in the Airforce for 4 years as a Staff Sargent and teacher for the guided missile at Lauery Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado.
After his service, he worked as a contractor and builder of homes but found his passion in sales for the Hallmark Oakwood homes. He also spent time volunteering at the VA hospital.
He was a simple, committed, loyal man without judgment or complaint. His eyes lit up and smiled when visiting with his friends and family. He looked forward to any time spent with his kids. He was a beautiful dancer and that is how he fell in love with his one true love; on the dance floor. He was open and charasmatic and loved meeting people and getting to know their stories. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to tell jokes. He made the best lemon meringue and banana cream pies, back in the day.
We consider his love Algopi!
He leaves behind his devoted wife of 63 years, Sharon Lee Sorensen and his four children: Paige (Steve) Bednarik, Eric Paul Frisbee, Jason Frisbee,Β Allison (Brent, dec.) Christensen and two grandchildren. Still surviving are his three siblings:Β Craig, Jerry and Judy.
He is preceded in death by his father, David Eugene Frisbee and Mother, Lois Cross Frisbee.
Fly like an Eagle, Daddy. We will miss you every single day!
In Loving Memory
Love you big brother. May Gods love embrace you at your homecoming!

I've only known Al for a couple years, yet so grateful for the opportunity. His smile would shine in his eyes and warm your soul and his wry sense of humor would crack me up every time. Condolences to family and friends, he is sorely missed.
