Atticus Lawrence Lang
January 31, 2012 - January 5, 2017
Our sweet son, brother and grandson passed suddenly on Thursday.
He was born on January 31, 2012, beating his twin Damien by one minute to become the first born of David and Marissa. Atticus fought bravely and joyously, overcoming all obstacles and defying expectations. Atticus brought nothing but love to this world and to all who knew him, especially to his mom and dad; brothers, Damien and Everett; his Nana and Aguelo; his aunts, uncles and cousins; teachers, aides, doctors and therapists; and the honorary family he created around himself.
Friends may greet Atticus' family at a Celebration of Life on Sunday, January 15th from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. Please use complimentary valet parking provided on the north side of the building.
In Loving Memory
With all love and peace to dear Atticus and his beautiful mom Marissa and loving father David and splendid Damien and Everett. We love you all so! Lynne butler and family

I love you and your family so much, Marissa. your beautiful boy is gone far too soon, yet he defied all odds to give nearly five incredible years. I'm so sorry. I have a lot of things to say, but I'm unsure this would be the appropriate place to say them. just know my love is with you on this anniversary of his too-soon death and on the joyous anniversary of his beautiful life. much love, J, M, and E.
