Billy Lee Cooper

July 6, 1964 - December 13, 2021

Today we lost a beautiful, wonderful, kind and loving person. He passed away Early Monday morning. The cause of his passing is still pending.

He was born to H. Leon and Lois Cooper; he has 7 brothers and Sisters, Kay, Darrell, Glenna, Chris, Richard, Ronnie and Laurie.

Bill married Toni Sheehy in November 1987, they had one son together Larry, who adored his father deeply. His wife Toni passed away in October 1993.  On Leap year February 29 2004 he married Lisa and along with her came her 3 children, Mindy, Mitch and Mason, and a few years later we had a new family member that joined us when her grandmother passed away, Toni. They were raised and loved dearly by him. He has 4 grandchildren that literally lit up his eyes every time he was around them.

He was a very hard worker in the trucking industry, and heavy equipment. He became disabled in 2014 which did not hold him back from being very active, camping, fishing, being a loving father, husband, grandpa, and mentor.

All friends and family are invited to join us for this sad day.

We will have  a viewing on Monday 12/20/21 at 11:00 am at Starks funeral home 3651 South 900 East, Salt lake City ~ The grave side will follow at 1:00pm at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park 3401 South Highland Drive, Millcreek, there will be luncheon at 3:00pm at the LDS church at 619 West 5750 South, Murray

I'm so sorry for your loss.  I'm really going to miss you Billy. I'm going to miss your laughter,  our visits I remember when we were kids when our parents got together at our house they were listening to the old western, country music and the first dance we learned was the waltz we were I think 8 or 9 yrs old. We've had a lot of good memories, I wish we could have more. I love you cousin, RIP.
