Bryan David Nilsson

1956 – 2012

Bryan passed away January 11, 2012 in his childhood home surrounded by loved ones.  He was born November 21, 1956 to Heber "Dale" and Beverly Bird Nilsson.

As a child he enjoyed playing baseball and has remained an avid Atlanta Braves fan.  Bryan was a true cowboy and adventure seeker, spending every moment possible in "God's country" fishing, horse-back riding and enjoying nature.  He was known for his giving spirit, always helping a friend in need.  We love you Bryan and you will be missed.

He is survived by his father Dale; daughters Savannah (Ryan), and Angela; and five grandchildren.  Also survived by his siblings Randy (Sherry), Kevan (Sherri), Tracy (Deborah) and Stephany (Mike).  Bryan is preceded in death by his mother Beverly and his son Dallas.

A small memorial service for family and close friends will be held on Wednesday, January 18th at 5:30 pm at Stark Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City.  A celebration of Bryan’s life will follow services from 6 to 8 pm also at Starks Funeral Parlor.

Special thanks to Alpine Hospice and Steph and Sherri for their loving care throughout his last days.

In Loving Memory

Dear Family, I am deeply sorry for your loss. I remember Bryan from the Boys Club. He and his brothers used to come down and work with Dale getting the club ready for the next day. Ted Marakis
