Carie LeMon

November 23, 1973 - June 5, 2024

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Carie LeMon on the morning of June 5th, 2024. Known for her sweet nature, boundless kindness, and stubborn spirit, Carie was the beloved middle child of five siblings. Always the reluctant participant in her siblings' shenanigans, she brought balance and warmth to the family’s many misguided adventures, not without being accompanied by one of her signature eye rolls, of course.

Her childhood personality only blossomed through adulthood, where Carie was the devoted wife of the late Randy LeMon and the endlessly loving mother to their son, Zach LeMon. Her love further extended to the family's dogs, including Bengals, Naboo, and their sweet Simba. She loved her family in a way that was obvious to everyone around her, and the unbreakable bond the three of them shared was only a testament to that love. She had a passion for music, concerts, and any excuse to escape to a beach in Mexico, where you’d find her laying out on the beach, chasing sunrises with Randy, and cheering on Zach in the next pool party dance competition.

Preceded in death by her husband Randy and her younger siblings, Andy and Catherine, Carie leaves behind her cherished son Zach, her loving parents Sandy and Bob, her older siblings Mandy and Dan, and her nieces and nephews: Drew, Sami, Theo, Griffin, Shane, Haven, and Eelan.

“Care Bear” will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. The void left by her absence will never be filled, but the memories of her sweet spirit, unwavering love, and gentle stubbornness will live on in our hearts forever. Love you, Care Bear.

A celebration of Carie's life will be on June 26th from 6:00-8:00 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Millcreek. Guests are encouraged to use parking and entrance on the north side of the building. Please join us in honoring a truly special soul who made the world a better place just by being in it.
