Cecilia Zamora

May 8, 1916 - February 22, 2013

Cecilia Zamora, died February 22, 2013.  Born May 8, 1916 in Las Vegas, NM to Adolfo and Antonia Otero.  She married Maximiliano Zamora on November 28, 1940.  

Cecilia enjoyed trips to Wendover, doing puzzles, and shopping with her daughter.  Her kind and gentle spirit and her sense of humor will be missed dearly by her friends and family.  

She is survived by her daughter, Helen and her son-in-law, George Romero; daughter-in-law, Mary Zamora; grandchildren, Eddie, Danny, Veronica, Margarita, Annette, Jeffrey, Angela, Lisa, George; 13 great-grandchildren; 4 great, great-grandchildren.  

Preceded in death by two sons, Frank and Steven Zamora; grandson Mario Cruz and 9 siblings.  

A rosary service will be held Tuesday, Feb. 26 from 6-8 pm at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, Feb. 27 at 10 am at St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 3580 West 3650 South.

Karie McRae - Jami,Thank you so much for teaching this class. You cnecnoted the triangle (i.e. Aperture, Shutter Speed and Iso) for me. Because of what I learned in your class, I was able to take incredible pictures at my daughter's dance clinic (i.e. a dark auditorium) and at my son's Pinewood Derby. Everything I have been shooting since the class has been done in the Manual Mode. Thanks again!Karie McRae
