Charles Floyd Cooper, 92, passed away on October 14, 2023.
Floyd was a beloved son, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend who positively impacted the lives of so many. His sense of humor, faith, love of country and life, and commitment to his family, was felt by all who had the chance to know Floyd. Throughout his life, he achieved numerous accomplishments, including a long and successful career in business, however, his proudest accomplishment will always be his 70-year marriage to the love of his life and best friend, MaryAnne, his three daughters, 11 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Floyd is survived by his wife, Mary Anne, and his two daughters, Anne Nelson (Brian), Mary Kaye Huntsman (Jon), son-in-law Cary Jones (Kris), as well as his 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, all whom he adored. Preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Cooper Jones.
Floyd was a man of service, both to his country, and his community.
