Cherie Lewis Anderson

December 11, 1965 - May 1, 2021

Cherie Anderson, aka “Grams” left this world Saturday May 1, 2021 to spread her happiness to the far edges of the universe.

Cherie was born December 11, 1965 in Boise ID. She was preceded in death by her parents Langston and Marlene Buck.

She married Jeff Lewis and had 2 amazing kids:  Brandon Lewis and Shaila (Cody) Osborne.  Cherie and Jeff later divorced but remained close.  Cherie became Grams after Shaila blessed her with a beautiful granddaughter Kenley Olsen.  Kenley was her Grams ray of sunshine; she could never spend enough time with her kids and granddaughter.

On December 12, 2003 she married her best friend, love of her life and partner in crime TJ Anderson.  They spent their lives laughing, loving and having adventures. Cherie loved her dogs, the sun, the ocean and sand in her toes.  In fact, she loved it so much one of their best adventures was moving to Cancun Mexico to live on the beach together for a year.

Cherie loved and made immediate friends with anyone she met.  Her favorite phrase was, “I’m sending you positive vibes and a hug.” Cherie will be a bright star in the night sky sending her love to all of us.

Our family would like to express how grateful we are for the love and support during this difficult time.  If you have any photos or memories of Cherie we would love you to share them.

Celebration of life will be on Friday, May 14th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 S 900 E Salt Lake City, UT 84106.

In Loving Memory

I'm heartbroken. Cherie was such a beautiful, vibrant, full energy, powerfully incredible woman! I remember, at work, hearing her laugh from down the hall! Her love for anyone she felt positive vibes from; the ability she had to feel your energy & emotions! Everything about her will be missed. She will, no doub, be watching over her loved ones
