Creed passed away on September 12th, 2015. He was born July 14th, 1970 to Rob and Sue Blake.
He was a loving father to his two children Ian and Jessica. Creed studied music and enjoyed playing his guitar. He shared his opinions, cynicism, wit and culinary talents with everyone. He was open, honest and never left anything unsaid. His passing leaves a hole in our hearts that will never be filled.
Creed will be missed by his family who's left behind including his parents and children; and grandmother Joanne Blake. Preceded in death by his brother Mac and his grandparents Doc and Margaret Butler and M. William Blake.
Friends may call upon the family for a visitation on Thursday, September 17th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City.

My family and I would like to express our deepest sympathy over the loss of your dear Creed. May you find comfort in your loving memories and the warmth of family and friends. A scripture that has uplifted me during times such as this is found at Revelation 21:4. There it describes a time when death and pain will be gone forever after God restores his original purpose for the earth. We will even see our loved ones again who we have lost in death (John 5:28 & 29). It is our hope that these words bring you a measure of comfort during this difficult time.
