I am very sorry for your loss. My parents shared a very special friendship with you all and it brings back fond memories for me also. I especially remember the annual church rummage sale. Those were some very fun times! Please know you are in my prayers during this hard time. He was a great man and will always be remembered. Sincerely, Elaine Long Maness

Margaret, I don't know if you remember me or not - I was once married to your nephew, Kirby. We came to your house many times, and you and Darwin always made me and the kids (Ian, Chelsea and Chris) feel right at home. Though it has been a number of years since we've seen you, I have continued to think about you, Darwin and your family and have wondered how you all were doing. I wish you my deepest sympathies at this time. I know that you and Darwin loved each other very much. He was a very nice man, and I'm sure he will be greatly missed.
