Sad news, Dave and I were close friends groing up in the treee streets of Provo, Wasatch School, B Y High school. Many hours spent in the foot hills of Oak Hills and Rock Canyon. His parents Barbara & Bryant were great people also and they threw the best scariest Halloween parties. Great friend he will be missed. Brian

It was with sadness I learned of Dave's passing today from our friend Steve Lewis. We attended BY High from 7-9th grades together. Having left Utah foster care in 1966, moving to Sacramento to reunite with my father, I lost touch with Dave but Steve brouight us back together for breakfast serveral times at Little America during infrequent visits in SLC. I am grateful for having had the opportunity to once again know Dave and consider him a friend, good man, and brainiac. Never took himself seriously and always had a smile for everyone. He will be missed. Wishing his family comfort with the many fond memories they made together. Rest in peace Dave.
