Donna Ann Thayer, born February 14th, 1967 to Lesley Patricia Ferguson and George R. Ferguson.

Donna had the ability to light up a room with her sparkling personality and all her charm.  Donna loved her beautiful children, her dogs and birds.  She loved all the beautiful things in this world.  Her laugh was infectious, you always knew, when Donna had entered the room.  She had a zest for life, loving so many people and giving so much of herself in everything she did.  She leaves us wanting more…

Donna leaves behind 4 children, Tyler, Jadon, Andrew and Samantha;  her mother; siblings,  Susan Kaye  (Michael) Andrews, John (Renate) Ferguson, Kerri (Marty) Macey, Michael Ferguson, Sharon (Bruce) Frankovich; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

I was heartbroken to hear about my childhood friend. We were joined at the hip from age 6 to 9th grade. I moved away, and we lost touch in our early 20's. I don't have a childhood memory that doesn't include Donna. We laughed a lot, danced a lot, and got in trouble a lot. Donna ran to my house every morning. She loved my mom's waffles. We went to Lake Powell together a few times. Donna was mad at me when in 8th grade, I chose "braces" instead of going to Australia with her - my parents couldn't afford both. Donna's dad always made me laugh and was a good friend to my mom. Spending the day with Donna's mom in the Mall was a Saturday tradition. We roller skated at "WHEELS" every chance we could. My childhood was fun because I had Donna. I love her & my heart hurts to know she was in pain. Life can be hard, I'm no stranger to suffering. We must never give up. Donna is in heaven with my beautiful husband Jeff and my father Bob. I know they'll take care of her and be her friend until we are reunited. I can't wait to hear her laugh again. - Julie (Reeves) Wright-Leggett
