Dorothy was born in Adamsville, Utah to Wilfred J. Larsen and Iris J. Larsen. She attended Riverside Elementary, Jordan Junior High, and West High School.
In 1950, married Gordon H. Graham. They had two sons together, Kenneth G. Graham and Ronald H. Graham. They later divorced. In 1964 she remarried Joseph E. Lopez. They had one son, Joseph P. Lopez.
She was employed by Mountain Bell Telecommunications Services for 33 years, retiring in 1990. Following retirement, she volunteered at St Mark’s Hospital in the medical records department.
Dorothy’s legacy continues with both of her two surviving sons, Kenneth G. (Valerie) Graham and Joseph P. (James) Lopez, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by both parents; grandson, Gregory Graham; son, Ronald H. Graham; sister, Louise (Robert) Scott; sister, Josephine (Jack) Dilley.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, September 4th, 2026 from 6-8 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 S 900 E, Salt Lake City. Guests are encouraged to use the parking and entrance on the north side of the building.
