Douglas Josue Rodriguez, 21, of Salt Lake City, UT, passed away on October 8, 2023, at 12:20 am in a car accident. He was born on September 24, 2002, to Elvia Monica Rodriguez. Douglas was known for his loving and helpful nature, always wearing a smile on his face.
Douglas is survived by his mother, Elvia Monica Rodriguez, and his brothers, Christian U. Rodriguez and Damian J. Rodriguez. He was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher J. Rodriguez.
A viewing will be on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 6-8 pm at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Millcreek, Utah. Guests are encouraged to use parking and enterance on the north side of the building. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 11 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 257 North 700 West in Salt Lake City, Utah. An additional viewing be will be one hour prior. Douglas will be laid to rest following mass at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
