Duke Sullivan was born on June 1st, 1932 to Doston and Beulah Jane Sullivan in Gamerco, New Mexico. He married Jerrie Perry on June 24th, 1961, together they have five children.

Survived by wife; children Vickie (Dennis) Phipps, Tony (Millie) Sullivan, Gayle (Wally) Abachiche, Carol Hagan, and Brandan (Amber) Sullivan; 11 grandchildren Monica, Josephine, Travis, Jesse, Patricia, Nick, Mikel, Jakob, Jace, BreeAnna, Alex; eight great grandchildren; and siblings Jim, Arlee, Hank, Sandy, Karen and Kathy.

Preceded in death by sisters Sharon and Dawn, and brother Wayne.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 2nd from 1 to 3 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City.

Brother you were deeply loved and will live in our hearts till we meet again.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kidney Fund of Utah in his name.
