Our loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend passed away May 18, 2015 and is now dancing in heaven with her mother and father. Lana was born March 2,1953 to Raymond and Dorothy Ross in SLC,UT. She graduated from Olympus High and moved on to being the chief editor for Equitable Life & Casualty a family company her grandfather started. She continued this success with the company for 25 years, which then allowed her to retire and create the Rockwood foundation and Children and the Earth charitable organization that assist hundreds of children year round, and is still continued today by her daughter Amber.
Lana loved a cherished her two daughters and most of all her only grandchild Isabelle Elana Brosig the light of her life! Lana's true passions was being a watercolor artist, fashion-inst and most of all a music lover! She loved and attended concerts weekly with her dear friend Richard. Her love for music was legendary! Our mother was a lover and she
loved indiscriminately, she would help anyone that was in need no matter the reason. She was there to listen to guide, and to love. She was full of life and her smile and personality could spark a room.
Survived by her daughters Amber and Chelsea and their father Edward; grandchild Isabelle; brother and sisters Earl, Diane, Rita, Julia; and best friend
Jeanie.

In Loving Memory
I worked for Equitable now for 40 years and it was a joy to work with Lana and her sisters and brother who worked here also. She was so fun and enjoyed life to the fullest. She is now with her other family who past on before her and bring joy to them. We will see her again. My prayers and thoughts are with her family, friends. Lana you will be missed and may you rest in peace now.
