March 3, 1956 - April 11, 2008
Elizabeth Syndergaard Clark passed through the veil of life and was welcomed into the arms of her parents and brother on April 11, 2008. She was born March 3, 1956 to Peter Owen and Myrtle Sykes Syndergaard in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Buffy attended and graduated from Highland High. She worked as a librarian for Salt Lake County as well as the Salt Lake Community College. She lived briefly in Tucson, Arizona where she met and married Randy Wayne Clark on July 1, 1993. Together they had one precious daughter, Kathryn Eileen. Buffy was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend who always showed her support to others. She never missed birthdays or special events and was always calling to wish and convey her warm thoughts. She had a kind heart and a special love for animals and each of her pets had a love for her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and elder brother Clair. She leaves behind her loving husband and precious daughter as well as three sisters Gwen Schmardebeck, Eileen Smith (LeRoy), Anna Syndergaard and a brother, Curly Syndergaard (Sheryl) and sister-in-law Christy Syndergaard. Buffy will be missed by everyone who knew her, but we know she is in a wonderful place and free from infirmities.
