Ellen “Jane” Cullen Roach

Ellen 'Jane' Cullen Roach passed away peacefully on Saturday October 28, 2023 at the age of 89. Jane was born June 6, 1934 in Park City, Utah, daughter of Caleb and Susie Cullen. She attended Park City High School and graduated in the class of 1952. After graduating from PCHS she married Robert Leslie Roach Jr. on June 01, 1957 at St. Mary's of the Assumption Catholic Church in Park City. They were married 61 years. Les and Jane were blessed with four children who loved her dearly. And then even better, she has enjoyed and loved seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Over the years she enjoyed bowling, golfing, lunching with friends, cheering on the UTES and cherished time with friends and family.
Jane is survived by her four children Bob (Robin), Tom, Peggy (Bruce) and Suzanne (Richard). Jane also has seven grandchildren Tyler, Ryan (Miranda),Lauren, Madeline, Melissa, Benjamin (Caitlyn), and Hailey. Riley her great grandchild, the cutest of them all. Preceded in death by the love of her life “Les”.
A celebration of Jane's life will be on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. Guests are encouraged to use parking and entrance on the north side of the building. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on November 8, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 2100 South 500 East. Interment will follow at the Park City Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at LifeCare Center of Salt Lake City for the amazing care and compassion they showed mom daily, and to TenderCare Hospice for the support during the last challenging days.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
