Jerrie passed away peacefully at her home on December 5, 2015.
She was born November 4, 1929 in Denver, CO to Josephine and Frank Perry. She married Duke A. Sullivan on June 24, 1961; he preceded her death in 2013.
She is survived by her five children, six grandchildren and siblings.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 12th at 11:00 AM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, where friends may greet the family one hour prior to the service.
Vickie, Tony Carol Brandon, I am so sorry to hear about the loose of your mother. I will miss those days of sitting around the table hearing what her and your dad had to say. My prays go out to all of you.
