Ginger Lee Horwitz

August 3, 1936 - May 5, 2024

Ginger Lee Horwitz (Boggs) passed away on May 5, 2024 in Murray, Utah at the age of 87. She was born August 3, 1936 in Greeley, Colorado to John and Roxie Boggs. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, her son John Parker and granddaughter Jasmine Wilson. Ginger married Parker Earl in 1953, later divorced and then married Jack Horwitz in 1974.

Ginger is survived by her husband Jack and children; Roxanne Earl, Cynthia Rodriguez (Gil), Tamara Earl, step son David Horwitz, step daughter Jacquie Whitney (Kurt),

daughter-in-law Joy Earl, 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, sister Tonya Parson (Ralph) and brother John Boggs (Jane).

A visitation to honor Ginger’s life will be held at Starks Funeral Parlor 3651 S. 900 E.Salt Lake City, UT. on Thursday, May 16th, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

Ginger will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

My heart is broken to learn about the passing of Ginger. She was one incredible, strong woman with the heart of a lion. She influenced my life in so many ways. I'm am grateful to have had her as a role model and as a friend. My deepest sympathies and condolences for her husband and family.

Already miss her.. Great production, lots I did not know about her and her life.  I am sure she will be missed by all. Ground hogs day will never be the same.  Love to all who lost one of the greatest.
