Jan and Family, I have many great memories of spending time at your house during my youth. I appreciate the numerous hours spent conversing with Herb many Sunday afternoons as he worked on the Internationals. He helped me to determine my vocational pursuits and I will always be grateful for that guidance. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

He was my Hero! He gave me the motivation to learn as much as possible. Now later in life, regardless of any technical achievements or financial successes see that he accomplished something that I never did and that was to be an amazing father to have sacrificed and loved to have raised 5 loving contributing people on this earth.

Jan and family , I'll always remember the hunting trips in the Uintas with Herb, His red hunting suit, and, of course, his International Travelall. Then there was the time Herb drove my truck to Rawlins, where Larry Swanson and I met him and we loaded up 1/4 mile of 3/4 inch copper tubing. I was scanning some 35MM slides yesterday, and came across some pictures of Herb on one of our trips. We will all miss him, Bill and Pat
