Born July 5th, 1972 to Rafael and Lucy Juarez.  Issac was loved by his family and many friends who he met along the way.

 

In addition to his parents, he leaves behind the love of his life, his wife Shontay Juarez; brothers Blas Juarez Sr., Isidro D. Juarez, Issac Nikkel Juarez; sons Ronnie, Issac Jr., Jason, Antonio; daughters Mariah, Gaberial; special nephews Blas Juarez Jr, Zues, Sid, Calvin, Gaberial, Cody; special nieces Jasmine, Abby. 

 

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 24th at 10:00 AM at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4501 West 5215 South, Kearns.  A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 23rd from 6 to 8 pm with a Vigil at 7:00 PM, also at the church.  Interment Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 4th Ave & “T” Street.
