In Loving Memory
I would just like to say I am truly sorry to hear of Jack passing away. He was a truly great guy and I loved him dearly. He never thought bad of anyone. He was kind and sweet and considerate and he will be truly missed. I have always thought a lot of him. He was never judgemental in any way. He was easy going and easy to talk to. I am glad I had a chance to know him. I love you, Jack and will miss you very much.

Jaan, It was always such a pleasure to go out walking and see Jack with the dogs. We often nodded to each other or waved, and it made me feel secure to know that a good neighbor and friend was nearby. Our prayers are with you and your family.

I am truly saddened to hear of Jacks passing. I knew him by first name only, but enjoyed his many stories and jokes over these last years whenever I came across him walking his dogs in Mueller Park. He was always generous with smiles and conversation, and everyone who ever walked a dog up there liked Jack. I could tell he had a big heart as I observed him with his pups. For some time he gently carried his elderly pomerainian while treating Mitzy to her daily walk. Later after the Pom died, I watched him over a year patiently train Sage, a wild and crazy chocolate lab puppy. I never saw Jack get mad -even when she ran off and he had to go find her in his car. His persistance paid off because it wasn't too long before Sage stayed right at his side with the adoring Mitzy. The trail isn't quite the same without Jack around, but great people like Jack go to a far better place in the end . He will be missed. Sincerely Kathy

Dad, I miss you so much. Its almost been a year since I lost you. Being away with the Army kept me from being able to spend the last days with you. Two nights before you passed on, I was fortunate enough to talk to you. I can't imagine how you felt sick but you were worried about me and didn't let on about how you were feeling. I just want to say thank you for all of the memories. Thank you for all that you taught me. This world is not the same without you. Your kids and grandchildren miss you. Alyssa said the other night that she misses you. even though she is only six years old, she understands that her grandpa is gone and misses you. I love you dad and I miss you so much.
