Jeremiah, 10, passed away on January 24th, 2010, in West Jordan, UT.

He was born on September 15th, 1999, in Sacramento, CA to Troylynn Murry and Michael Blackwell.

Jeremiah loved to play his Playstation 2.  He was an incredible person and was very adventurous. 

Survived by his mom; sisters; brothers; and extended family.

Preceded in death by his great grandparents Shelton & Emily LaFrance; and uncle Keith Murry.

He was loved by many and all his family.

Donations can be made in Jeremiah’s name to any US Bank.
