John (Jack) Cashman

July 31, 1936 - July 12, 2018

Jack passed away peacefully at home with members of his loving family by his side on July 12, 2018.
He was born in Park City, Utah to Thomas and Mildred Cashman on July 31, 1936. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Valerie and 4 children Shannon (Fred), Michelle (Chris), Leslie and Patrick (Sheila), 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. He is preceded in death by his son John, his parents and brother Thomas.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Vincent De Paul Parish, 1375 Spring Lane, Salt Lake City. Committal will follow at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 4th Avenue and T Street, Salt Lake City.
