John “Scott” Coleman
February 28, 1951 - August 11, 2025
We were so focused on his big, loving, honorable heart that we never noticed the pancreatic cancer lurking in the shadows.Scott (Scotty) Coleman’s family, friends and animals meant everything to him. He was a magnificent athlete and always a sportsman. A generous and loyal friend. For him family always came first.He is survived by his life partner, Annette Page Tybur, brother, Randy Coleman, sister-in-law, Anna Coleman, brother-in-law, Wayne Page, brother-in-law, William Page, sister-in-law, Lisa Page Brewer. The nieces and great nieces out number the nephews and great nephews, but they all have a special place in his heart.At Scotty’s request there will be no services, just a celebration of life sponsored by his family.A celebration of Scotty’s life will be on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. Guests are encouraged to us the parking on the north side of the building.Please share your memories with his family.
