Aunt Jolene, The last time we talked on the phone, back in June, the sound of your voice made my heart feel like home! You were a strong and brave woman and I have always loved you, I believe you and Uncle Gary are embracing and slow dancing in the clouds. (Maybe while listening to the great legends of country, some Johnny Cash & George Jones) I have many fond memories from my childhood, of spending time with you, out at the gun club and at Grandma & Grandpa Nelson’s house, Hunting trips and family reunions, and you were always a watchful eye to keep us kids in line and trying to keep us safe, kept a few of us from getting hit by the train out at the gun range, as we put pennies on the tracks! You were the rock of the Nelson Family and I will always remember you fondly and with love, Until we meet again, Aunt Jolene I’d love to think you’re still keeping us safe in the way only Angels can do! God Speed ❤️
