Dear Mr. Joe Moore, Jr. Parents, Wife, Children, Granddaughter, Sisters, Extended Family, & Friends, So saddened when I heard of Mr. Moore's passing. Work in same organization but did not in same section. Briefly met him time to time at meetings. Heard how he valiantly battled cancer. Please know I prayed hard for him. It was obvious he's a special man, terrible loss for you and us! Even though I didn't get to know him better, I feel his loss in 75 LRS. I do know he was respected at work and his employees worried over him and miss him terribly. I will honor his requests by donating to charity and voting YES for Medical Marijuana! May God Bless & Comfort You Always! Warmest Regards, Darsi Crane, 75 LRS Hill AFB, UT

Dear Tamra, I served with your husband from 2011 to 2013 at Hill Air Force Base. I was the LRS Commander during that time. I consider Joe a great friend and Im so sorry for your loss. I spoke to him in June and he informed me of his cancer. I didn't realize he passed. He spoke very fondly of you and I was very happy for him when he announced his marriage to you. I came back a few years later to have dinner with him at Cheesecake factory. He was a kind and loving man. I truly enjoyed his company and would stop by every week to see how he was doing during our time together. We would talk about his Chicago Bears and his time in the Marine Corps. He did a great job as TMO Chief and I will miss him dearly. If there is anything I can do please let me know. I have some pictures of us, I'd be happy to send. Just let me know. God Bless, Scott Sveinsson.

My condolences to Joe's family. I waited too long to get in touch with Joe, instead finding his obituary. We were close friends and and served together in the Marine Corps both in Beaufort S.C. and Okinawa, Japan. Joe was a was one of the good guys and I have so many fond memories (and pictures) of fun times we shared. Rest in peace, brother.
