Marti, I'm so sorry. I love you guys. My mother (one of your best friends, I believe) always said, They are really never gone unless you forget them. I'll never forget Joe. It was me who recruited him into the Knights of Columbus. BTW, yesterday, I happened onto a movie titled "Heaven is real". Boy was that inspiring. BYU tv, but not Morman, not Catholic, but an actual experience.

Marti, My sis when you and JoJo adked me to help you wheh you got sick .I was in a very dark place and because of you two I am here today . losing my Mel and you giving my life back. Your loss will leave a big void in my life. You were the one I called when i was down and crying but by the time we we finished talking he had me laughing !I will do for her as much as I can. I will take over where you left off . I will be there at the dr appts. Now that you cannot be with her I am still here to take care of Marti and will do it till i can no longer do it anymore. I love you I am sure Mel was there to greet you and you two are celebrating �� Give dad Bill, dad Al and of course bert and Gary a big hug from us we love you and will miss you ! Aunt Marti.. when my uncle Charles called me the other day and told me I couldn’t believe what he said.. I was caught off guard and I never thought in a million years that my uncle Joe would leave us. I love you and him so much and I will always miss hugs with you guys. My dad is happy to get his brother but we lost an amazing angel on this earth. I will miss you so very much uncle Joe and I know you’ll always be watching over us. Love, Brig

Marti, I don't have the words to tell you how sorry I am for you and your family. Joe was one of a kind. He was always so sweet and caring. I have many fond memories of him during all the years you and I worked together. He also became a dear friend to me through you. I am always here for you just as you and Joe were for me when I lost my wonderful son. Remember that God will be with you through this. Love you
