June Coslett, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away Saturday morning, December 3, 2011, following a brief illness. She passed away peacefully with her family at her side.
June was born June 18, 1924, in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Downers Grove High School, class of 1942.
June is survived in death by her three children, Deborah Kleven of Salt Lake City, Utah, Dinah Odland of Maine, and Jerome (Jerry) Coslett of Aubrey, Texas. She is also survived by her sister Arlene Giermann of Westmont, Illinois.
June has sixteen grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
June is preceded in death by her father Richard Carl Braatz Sr, her mother Ethel Claire (Shurlock) Braatz; brother Richard Carl Braatz Jr, and sister Pearl Braatz.
Funeral services were held at the LDS Riviera Ward, Salt Lake City, Utah on December 6, 2011. She was laid to rest at Elysian Burial Gardens Cemetery in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She is greatly missed. We hold fond memories in our heart as we go forward. We take comfort in the knowledge that the struggle of earth life has ended and she is reunited with family and friends that were so dear to her.
